Records are maintained indefinitely, exceeding USPAP minimum standards. Clients may request deletion after the mandatory five-year period.

Information is shared only with the ordering client or as required by law.

All appraisal reports and related materials are the intellectual property of Aladdin Appraisal, LLC. Clients receive a limited license for their intended use
