Specifically, in a divorce case, Aladdin provided a far-superior appraisal to counteract the other side's appraisal. Then, the company's principal contacted me and specifically gave me a point-by-point assessment of how the other appraisal was faulty and Aladdin's was on point (this was for an additional cost that was extremely worth it and save my client thousands of dollars in litigation fees). This was both orally and in writing. This directly led to the case settling at a price for the house far in excess of the opposing side's claim. I know its trite, but Aladdin is the classic "A bargain at twice the price." This a fantastic service that you should utilize.
